Orgasm
The orgasm is the peak of the sexual response cycle and marks the end of the excitation and plataeu phases. The heart rate is increased even furthur and muscles begin to contract involuntary finishing in ejaculation.
Notable observations:

Ejaculation: muscular contractions at the base of the penis and in the vas deferens, seminal vesicles and the prostrate gland cause the expulsion of semen from the urethra.

Muscles: the muscles which are at the base of the penis contract to propel seminal fluid along the the length to exit the urethra. There will also be spontaneous contraction of other sets of muscles within the body as ejaculation occurs.

Sexual pleasure: at the point of ejaculation there will be feelings of release and sexual pleasure which continue until the last muscle contraction

Anal sphincter: Contracts in synchrony with the muscles at the base of the penis.
